Prior to law school Kevin worked as Director of Research for Senator E.J. Pipkin’s US Senate campaign and earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science & International Relations at Western Maryland College After entering law school at the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law, Kevin availed himself of every possible opportunity to enhance his legal skills, working as a law clerk for three separate area firms and interning for the Honorable Stephanie Duncan-Peters with the D.C. Superior Court. During his time in law school Kevin also met his then-future wife, whom he married following the conclusion of his second year.
Following graduation from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law in May of 2008 Kevin successfully passed the July 2008 administration of the Maryland Bar Exam and was subsequently sworn in by the Maryland Court of Appeals. Prior to taking on his own practice Kevin was an associate with Mason, Cawood & Hobbs, P.A., a boutique firm in downtown Annapolis.
Since founding Joyce & Associates, LLC Kevin has represented several hundred individuals in domestic, civil & criminal litigation, as well as worked with dozens of Maryland corporations to assist in forming and maintaining their corporate entities, as well as representing those corporations in litigation.

Christine, a native Californian, found herself in D.C. for law school and chose to stay following graduation. Her undergraduate performance at U.C. Irvine was impressive enough to earn her admission to no less than seventeen law schools and be offered numerous scholarships. Also while in California, Christine worked for the prestigious firm of Davis , Punelli & Keathley (now Keathley and Keathley) handling everything from scheduling depositions and doing the billing, to drafting pleadings; Christine was also solely responsible for maintaining for the firm’s law library. Prior to graduating from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law, Christine held internships with Judges for both the D.C. Court of Appeals (the District’s highest Court) as well as for the D.C. Superior Court, in addition to working for the University’s prestigious Family Law Clinic.
Christine was sworn into the Maryland Bar in December of 2009. Since being admitted to the Maryland Bar Christine has earned a reputation as a diligent advocate for her clients, and has represented hundreds of individuals in domestic litigation matters and estate planning. Christine is collaboratively trained and works hard to assist clients in resolving matters amicably when possible. In 2016 Christine was honored with the designation of a Rising Star by Superlawyers in the area of Family Law.
